About Us

Iconic Heritage, Contemporary Arts Destination

ODEON KL is a multipurpose event space operating in one of Kuala Lumpur’s most historic buildings — the former ODEON Cinema, built in 1936, which has been part of the cultural heartbeat of Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman for nearly a century.

Today, the building has been revitalized as a venue for arts, culture, and contemporary events, without neglecting its original aesthetic and heritage value. Maintaining its classic architecture while featuring modern upgraded facilities, ODEON KL stands as the ideal choice for acoustic concerts, theatre performances, community forums, bazaar festivals, and more.

Vision & Mission

Our Mission

Providing a professional and flexible event space for a wide range of programs — from music, visual arts, film, and culture to intellectual discourse.

To support local and regional creatives through accessible and competitive facilities.

Preserving and elevating the heritage identity of ODEON Cinema as part of Kuala Lumpur’s modern art narrative.

To serve as a bridge between generations — a gathering place for communities, students, art enthusiasts, and creative thinkers.

What Makes
ODEON KL Unique?

A strategic location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur (Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman), easily accessible via MRT, LRT, and bus routes.

A Classic-Modern space design that preserves original architectural elements, complemented by professional sound, lighting, and stage systems.

Flexible capacity suitable for events with 1,000–2,500 attendees, with various layout options (auditorium, banquet, standing).

Committed to the community, we offer opportunities for NGOs, students, and local content creators to showcase their work here.
